Lavaca
Lavaca runs from Cesar Chavez Boulevard south to the railroad line, between I-37 and South St. Mary's Street. It was established in the 1870s on former farmland of Mission San Antonio de Valero, the Alamo, and its homes range from Victorian cottages to Craftsman houses; part of it is a historic district listed on the National Register.
